VIÑA SANZO VIÑAS VIEJAS 2020

WINEMAKING 12-hours coldmaceration at 10 ºC. Fermentation is done at very low temperature. It rests with its lees for three months, that is the reason why this wine has got a really good body. The blending has 7% of wine fermented in barrel. The final coupage is a a result, a complex and well structured wine.

TASTING Light stroh yellow with greenish hints. Aromas of tropical fruit with aniseed notes. Meaty on the palate, acidity exquisite balanced with the alcohol. Medium-bodied, long aftertaste.
