ELABORATION Javier Rodríguez managed to create a wine from the impossible. An almost heroic wine, which is born from surviving and strong strains, a unique wine from the D.O Toro. Made in stainless steel tanks using low temperature to preserve fruit aromas and freshness on the palate. Aging in French and American oak barrels for 12 months. TASTING Harmonious, aromatic, full-bodied wine medium and elegant, perfect for the general public.
