Description
Winemaking begins with ripen grapes higher than 13.5%. Grapes are put in the press without smashing them. The fermentation of the must with native yeast with high turbidity. The wine is placed in a concrete egg vessel in order to favor a continuous flow of lees within the wine for several months. This flow in addition to aeration through the concrete walls, makes Malvasia special
Tasting note On the nose, aromas of passion fruit, mango, papaya and citrus of mandarin and lime. On the palate, voluminous, persistent, with good balance structure –acidity and fresh.
