Description
Single vineyard.
Winemaking: refrigeration of the grapes at 7ºC in a walk-in freezer. Partial destemming of the grapes. Maceration during 17 days. Malolactic fermentation.
Aging: 8 months in foudres (20 hl large vats).
Tasting notes: garnet red, slightly covered. Intense, fruity nose, with hints of fragrant undergrowth herbs, slightly spicy. Fresh with lively acidity, wide and juicy mouth, leaving a soft tannin finish. To drink and enjoy now, or save for a few years.
