Finca San Blas Lomalta 2017

Separated fermentation of the grapes in stainless steel tanks with their own yeast. Maceration for three weeks. Malolactic fermentation in second use French oak from Allier forests (Boutes), fine- grained and slightly toasted. Separate aging during 9 months. Cherry red colour with garnets hues. The nose is intense, with hints of red fruits and subtle ripe black fruits. The palate is fresh, meaty, tasty, creamy, very fruity, with hints of well integrated wood and a very nice final. The aftertaste is long and very well-balanced.
