Description
The ‘Flor de Vetus’ Rueda is 100% Verdejo. The grapes underwent a cold pre-fermentation maceration on the skins and fermentation at low temperatures in stainless-steel tanks. After fermentation was complete, the wine remained on its fine lees to impart additional textural depth. Citrus and peach aromatics are coupled with delicate wild herbs and a fine bead of acidity.
