Handpicked harvest in boxes of 12 kg., conducted according to the ripening of each plot and the varietal. Micro-vinifications following the estate cartography and sectorization per plot, orientation and varietal. Use of native yeasts. Aged for 22 months in French oak barrels (40% new oak barrels) from different coopers, looking for complexity and fine, elegant tannins.
