Fino 'Inocente' Pago de Macharnudo

This is a single-vineyard sherry made from barrel-fermented grapes from one of the Jerez region’s top vineyards – Macharnudo. At 135 metres above sea level, it is one of the highest altitude sites in the region and has a south-east aspect with a 10% gradient. The 'Inocente' is the product of a complex 10 criadera solera system, and aged for considerably longer than most Fino sherries. Concentrated aromas of citrus, almonds, fresh bread and sea spray.
