About
Hacienda Solano is a small family winery, located in La Aguilera, Burgos. A town that has some of the best and oldest vineyards in the DO Ribera del Duero. Toni Sarrión was invited to make his own wine in 2016 and has participated directly in the production of the wines since then, along with Sophie Kunh and the rest of the Cubillo Solano family, respecting their philosophy and joining the project a year later.
