Liberso Curioso Verdejo

Liberso project is a curious Verdejo wine that comes from a blend of 18 different wines. On the one hand, 30% of Liberso is a young wine that has lain on its fine lees for more than 7 months. The rest comes from 17 individually produced wines fermented in barrels made by an exclusive selection of coopers. We make a singular wine in Rueda AOC whit Verdejo grapes. Verdejo is a native grape of Rueda region. The wine ages into french, hungarian and american oak. We make a exclusive production of 10.000 bottles per year.
