Adega Manuel Formigo

We are a small family trained cellar, where all the wines that we make come from our own vineyards. Vineyards and cellar are located in the village of Beade in the Avia Valley of the DO Ribeiro. We try to work in line with vines, doing what they want and not what we want. Works in cellar takes place under the concept of minimum intervention, separate fermentation of different varieties and plots, trying to express in the wines the maximum potential of our grapes and terroir, which leads to a range of wines where the mineral component of our granite viticulture are always present.
