Finca Collado Chardonnay-Moscatel 2019
Fermentation for 15 days at 15°C. The Chardonnay is fermented in new oak barrels (light toasted) and aged for 5 months on its lees. Subsequent blend with the Moscatel.
On the nose, combination of floral and tropical fruit notes with honey and citrus with a gentle hint of lightly toasted oak. On the palate, it shows a smooth, seductive, silky and fresh entry, with just the right acidity level to transmit this freshness. Pleasant and subtle aftertaste, where well blended aromas of aging and tropical fruits stand out on a long finish.
