Aistear 2016

Aistear, “the journey” in Gaelic, is a "mosaic wine" obtained from mountain old vineyards in Labastida, Lanciego and Cripán. The best grapes are selected, only harvesting the "cabezadas": the higher parts of the hillsides, less fertile and with lower yields, selecting a small part of Bodega 202 20 Has state . These vineyards share the same voice, but improve thecomplexity of Aistear through the nuances of each terroir. Aged for 12 months in 90% French Oak, 10% America Intense fruit expression, flowers and sweet aromas are part of its character, that configure extraordinary aromatic complexity
