Don Miguel Comenge is a unique wine we make only in exceptional years. The secret lies in the exceptional vineyard it comes from: its soil, its orientation, the climate and low-level production.

The production method is simple yet unique: careful harvesting in boxes, meticulous selection of the racemes and total destemming by hand at the grape selection table. Don Miguel Comenge ferments in a concrete tank with our natural indigenous selected yeast and is aged in 100% new French oak barrels.
