Description
Vines of more than 20 years old in white clay. 100% own vines. 50% permanent cover crop.
Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks. Fermented with native yeast and stored in concrete. Work with lees for few months.
No added Sulphites. Tasting note A wine with a great variety of fruits and aromas, tobacco, spices, fresh plum. The aroma is fruity, juicy. The mouth is very juicy and smooth.
