A blend of 80% Garnatxa Negra and 20% Garnatxa Peluda, sourced from low-yielding vines aged between 35-70 years old. This wine is always a blend of the vintage’s best lots. The grapes underwent a long, cold maceration. Malolactic fermentation took place in oak and the wine was then aged for 12 months in four-year-old French Allier oak barrels. Full bodied and intense with opulent fruit perfume and a smoky complexity.
