Description
100% Macabeo sourced from organically farmed vineyards. The vines are planted at 500 metres above sea level on sandy-limestone, north-facing slopes. The juice is fermented at 15ºC in stainless steel tanks to preserve the refreshing fruit character. This displays bright aromas of apple, pear and quince.
