Pata Negra Cava Organic Brut

Bright straw yellow color, with persistent bubbles. Very fragrant nose, where the aromas remind us of green apple and white fruits. Good structure in the mouth, broad and vivid, reinforced by the fine bubble that sparks on the palate. The aftertaste is clean, fresh and persistent. Great as an appetizer, with smoked salmon and some creamy cheese.
